The possible causes of the fault are as follows:
1. The sealing temperature is not appropriate;
2. The longitudinal sealing wheel has foreign bodies, and poor contact;
3. The pressure of the longitudinal sealing wheel is too small or too large;
4. Longitudinal sealing heater does not heat;
5. Improper setting of temperature controller causes abnormal heater;
6. The packaging film is of poor quality.
1. Adjust the temperature according to the packing film material, thickness, and packing speed;
2. Clean the surface of the longitudinal sealing wheel;
3. adjust the screw, so that the longitudinal seal pressure is appropriate;
4. Check the corresponding heating circuit and replace the damaged parts;
5. Set the temperature of the thermostat;
6. Replace the packaging film.
The possible causes of the fault are as follows:
1. the sealing temperature is not appropriate;
2. There are foreign bodies on the surface of the transverse sealer;
3. horizontal sealing cluster film or pull the film;
4. The transverse seal pressure is too large or too small;
5. The transverse sealing heater does not heat;
6. Improper setting of the temperature controller causes the abnormal heater.
1. Adjust the temperature according to the packing film material, thickness, and packing speed;
2. Clean the seal with a steel wire brush along the teeth;
3. adjust the eccentricity adjustment wheel, so that the speed of the transverse sealing is consistent with the speed of the film, not cluster film nor pull the film;
4. adjust the bolt, so that the transverse seal pressure is appropriate.
The possible causes of the fault are as follows:
1. The packaging film is too narrow;
2. The tension of the packaging film at the entrance of the bag maker is improperly adjusted;
3. The center of the packaging film is inconsistent with the center of the longitudinal sealing.
1. Replace the appropriate packaging film;
2. Adjust the tension regulating roller of the packaging film so that the tension of each edge of the packaging film at the entrance of the bag maker is uniform;
3. Adjust the fine-tuning knob on the packaging film roller to make the center of the packaging film inconsistent with the longitudinal sealing center.
The possible causes of the fault are as follows:
1. Proximity switch is improperly adjusted;
2. The chain of the CVT is loose and good.
1. Adjust the proximity switch so that the distance between the top surface and the top circle of the detection wheel is 1~2mm;
2. Adjust the transmission chain tension to fit according to the CVT instruction.
The possible causes of the fault are as follows:
1. The set value of bag length is inconsistent with the actual length value;
2. Packaging film color label printing quality is too poor or not obvious;
3. Improper adjustment of photoelectric switch position or sensitivity;
4. The packaging film shakes;
5. Other circuits are faulty.
1. Correctly measure and reset the bag length;
2. Replace the packaging film;
3. Repeatedly adjust the position or sensitivity of the photoelectric switch until the response is accurate;
4. Adjust the brake pressure knob to eliminate the shaking of the packaging film;
5. Check the tracking circuit and tracking motor, and replace the damaged parts.
The possible causes of the fault are as follows:
1. The fork position of the conveyor is not synchronized with the transverse seal;
2. The supply conveyor chain vibration is too big;
3. The guide rail surface of the material is lower than the bottom surface of the bag maker, resulting in poor feeding;
4. Too small bag maker causes poor feeding.
1. Operate the hand wheel to synchronize the fork position with the transverse seal;
2. Clean the guide rail of the chain and adjust the handwheel to make the chain tension moderate;
3. Raise the material guide surface;
4. Replace the bag maker.
